Jesaja 24:6

SV	Daarom verteert de vloek het land, en die daarin wonen, zullen verwoest worden; daarom zullen de inwoners des lands verbrand worden, en er zullen weinig mensen overblijven.
WLC	עַל־כֵּ֗ן אָלָה֙ אָ֣כְלָה אֶ֔רֶץ וַֽיֶּאְשְׁמ֖וּ יֹ֣שְׁבֵי בָ֑הּ עַל־כֵּ֗ן חָרוּ֙ יֹ֣שְׁבֵי אֶ֔רֶץ וְנִשְׁאַ֥ר אֱנֹ֖ושׁ מִזְעָֽר׃
Trans.	‘al-kēn ’ālâ ’āḵəlâ ’ereṣ wayye’əšəmû yōšəḇê ḇāh ‘al-kēn ḥārû yōšəḇê ’ereṣ wənišə’ar ’ĕnwōš mizə‘ār:

AC	ו על כן אלה אכלה ארץ ויאשמו ישבי בה על כן חרו ישבי ארץ ונשאר אנוש מזער
ASV	Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are found guilty: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
BE	For this cause the earth is given up to the curse, and those in it are judged as sinners: for this cause those living on the earth are burned up, and the rest are small in number.
Darby	Therefore doth the curse devour the earth, and they that dwell therein are held guilty; therefore the inhabitants of the earth are consumed, and few men are left.
ELB05	Darum hat der Fluch die Erde verzehrt, und es büßen ihre Bewohner; darum sind verbrannt der Erde Bewohner, und wenig Menschen bleiben übrig.
LSG	C'est pourquoi la malédiction dévore le pays, Et ses habitants portent la peine de leurs crimes; C'est pourquoi les habitants du pays sont consumés, Et il n'en reste qu'un petit nombre.
Sch	Darum hat der Fluch die Erde gefressen, und die darinnen wohnten, mußten es büßen; darum sind die Bewohner der Erde von der Glut verzehrt und nur wenig Menschen übriggeblieben.
